Where do I begin? I refer to Jessica as my security blanket. She was exactly what we needed. After having a negative experience with a different lender the idea of starting the home loan process again was extremely scary and stressful to us. I was initially skeptical after our first meeting because I couldn’t believe how pleasant and transparent she was. I kept waiting for the catch, but it never came. She never changed from our first encounter simply because the person we first met is truly who she is.

She is very knowledgeable and explains every detail of the process (patiently and repeatedly if needed) in a way that makes you feel well informed and secure in the decision of having her as your lender. I love how she always answers her phone and happily assists in any way she can. Not only were we kept up to date with clear emails but she also made the effort to call and discuss next steps so that we were able to get all of our questions answered and were provided the extra reassurance gained by her calm demeanor.
